Prepping for the Event

Who makes my Summit hotel reservation?
Registrants are responsible for their own hotel reservations. We have reserved a block of rooms at a hotel within walking distance to the NYSE. Upon registration, we will provide information about location and our group discount. Registrants will then contact the hotel directly.

When will I receive the conference materials?
The week before the conference, we will send you an e-mail that contains the materials you will need for the conference. Additional materials will be provided to you upon registration at the event.

Arrival at the NYSE
The New York Stock Exchange car drop-off is at Wall Street and Broadway. Guests will walk two short blocks down Wall Street to the NYSE checkpoint at the intersection of Wall Street and Broad Street.

A government-issued photo ID is required for entrance (drivers license is OK). Guests will go through airport type security with X-ray machines and metal detectors. NYSE staff will greet guests and escort them to the 7th floor for registration.

Luggage may be brought through security and stored in the coat check inside the NYSE.

What is the dress code at The Summit?
Business attire is appropriate. Jackets are not required for gentlemen but are encouraged at the cocktail reception on the exchange floor.
